Failure to comply to any of the Code of Conduct, can result in termination of Little Ants Inc demonstrator relationship and agreement. Though, this may seem like common sense, we want to remind demonstrators to dress modestly. You are representing Little Ants Inc and yourself. Clean clothes and hair are a must. While demonstrators are not required to wear the Little Ants shirt, we do recommend limiting the amount of skin exposure while demonstrating. Remember we are selling a product. Little Ants Demonstrators are not allowed to have bottles or infant formula ads affiliated with their demonstration. Demonstrators are only allowed to demonstrate for Little Ants Inc. products at any given party unless other arrangements are made with Little Ants Inc. Little Ants Inc recommends all employees practice gentle discipline techniques while conducting Little Ants demonstrations. Customers will look at your techniques as a reflection on the reliability of what you say and the products you promote. Children are our future and our joy. Please always be respectful of others’ children and your own while demonstrating. Little Ants Inc encourages children to touch our products but the child’s safety is the responsibility of the parent.
