Use of Trademarked Logos
Both the Ant Family and the Little Ants Inc. logo are trademarked. One of the trademarks must appear on all Little Ants Inc. promotional material. Promotional material includes, but is not limited to business cards, flyers, postcards, advertisements, and banners. All items with a Little Ants logo must be approved by Little Ants Inc before distribution. Images of artificial teets or nipples, infant formula, or disposable diapers must NEVER accompany the Little Ants name or logo in any capacity.

Merchandise Terms
Kits in reasonable and sellable condition can be returned to Little Ants Inc. for a full cost recover minus 20% restocking fee. Although Little Ants Inc. does not require demonstrators to keep inventory, if a demonstrator wishes to keep certain items on hand for easier transactions, they are allowed to. These items if still in the current catalog will be repurchased for full price minus 10% restocking fee. Discontinued or damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis. Demonstrator’s customer merchandise is covered by the same terms that Little Ants Inc extends to its own customers.
Placing Customers Orders
Demonstrators must purchase products from Little Ants Inc and resell the same according to the terms set forth in the catalog using the most current prices. Although Little Ants Inc. generally changes prices on the fiscal year, we reserve the right to change them at anytime. All demonstrators will receive written notification of such changes. Demonstrators are responsible for the means and methods by which sales are made.

Demonstrator Kits
Little Ants Inc. offers a wide variety of products. We do not require our demonstrators to offer all the items. In fact we encourage our demonstrators to only promote products they believe in. For this reason we offer several different kits. In order to become a Larvae Ant one of these kits must be purchased. The kits can be purchased with a 50% down payment; the remainder is due 3 months after purchase. Until the kit is fully paid for, all commission will be used to pay for the kit. If a demonstrator does not obtain Worker Ant status within 2 quarters from initial kit purchase, the kit discount will not be applied and the demonstrator will be charged full retail price.
