The cradle hold: Baby is
lying on back or side with his head toward the rings. This is the
ideal position for newborns and breastfeeding. Baby lays warm and
snug, close to you and your heart. |
 |
Wallaby Pouch: Once
the world of head control is mastered, baby is ready to see the world.
Baby can sit in the sling with feet in front body facing outward. |
 |
Hug-Me Hold: This
is a favorite among dads. Baby is facing mommy or daddy with his
legs hanging out of the bottom of the sling. This hold is like a
constant hug. |
 |
Hip Holding Helper:
This hold allows you to rest baby on your hip and free up both your arms.
This hold helps distribute the baby's weight among your hip, shoulders,
and upper back. This is a great hold for cooking or doing dishes.
Baby has the best seat in the house to watch and learn from what you are
doing. |
 |
Football Assist: Baby just
ate on one side, but is still hungry. Try the football assist hold.
Simply slide the sling from the cradle hold into the football hold and
continue to nurse baby on the other side. You may need to tighten
the sling to the get the right height. |
